What is the timeline for the distribution of Harris Stratex Network shares by Harris Corporation?
Wednesday, May 13 - Record date, for Harris stockholders entitled to receive the dividend of Harris Stratex shares. The Harris Stratex shares to be distributed by Harris Corp. will begin trading on a “when issued” basis on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “HSTXV.” Class A Harris Stratex Networks shares will continue to trade under the ticker symbol HSTX.

Wednesday, May 27 - At the close of market, all of Harris Stratex Networks shares held by Harris Corp will be spun off to Harris Corp. shareholders as a dividend.

Monday, June 1 - “When issued” trades will settle on June 1, which is 3 trading days after the distribution date. HSTXV ticker symbol falls out of use, and all further trading of Harris Stratex common stock will be done using the HSTX ticker symbol. No further listing application is needed for the additional shares, because they were all listed in the Harris Stratex initial NASDAQ listing application in late 2006.
Who is the Harris Stratex Networks stock Transfer Agent and how will the Class B certificates be handled?
Before the distribution date of May 27, the 39,913,377 shares of Class B Common Stock held by Harris Corporation will be converted into an equal number of uncertificated shares of Class A Common Stock. BNY Mellon will send account statements to the transferees a few days after the distribution date.
