Control Alarm Unit (CAU)

The CAU is an alarm and control interface that operates as a Remote Terminal Unit with a variety of Harris Stratex Networks digital microwave radios and OEM products. It also works seamlessly with management products, such as NetBoss.

The CAU functions as an intelligent alarm routing bridge, allowing equipment status and alarm reporting functions to interface to a wide variety of remote devices. Multi-baud serial data ports allow easy interconnection with the radios while remote alarm devices can connect directly to the CAU.
