Trunking

Our trunking products are designed to deliver high-capacity point-to-point transport for core network applications in a convenient, all-indoor architecture for new network deployments, network expansion and capacity upgrades.

TRuepoint 6500 trunking products operate in the 4 to 13 gigahertz frequency range, Constellation and MegaStar 155 PX in the 5 to 11 GHz range. All provide long distance communications links, typically up to 50 miles (80 km) and beyond.

Truepoint 6500 supports capacity growth from a single STM-1 up to 16 STM-1 with optional co-channel operation using XPIC. Constellation supports capacity growth from single 4xDS1 to 4xDS3 or OC-3 for North American applications. Megastar 155 PX provides ultra-high-capacity NxSTM/OC-3 support with highly resilient N+1 protection switching.
