Our global Repair and Return team is dedicated to repairing, upgrading or enhancing your microwave radio equipment as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Our repair centers are located in your region to shorten repair time, lower transportation costs and handle customs and shipping effectively. To take advantage of our engineering and manufacturing resources, we typically co-locate our repair centers and Technical Assistance Centers.

Any equipment failure occurring under your original factory warranty or maintenance level agreement will be handled by our highly experienced repair team at our facility. All repairs meet stringent Harris Stratex product specifications.

We also offer optional warranty programs to extend your warranty beyond the original factory warranty or add enhanced support, such as Advance Product Exchange and guaranteed turnaround time for rapid repair.
