On-site services

In the event your problem cannot be resolved though our Technical Assistance Center (TAC), our technical support teams are prepared to deliver world-class technical support at your site.

Stationed at our regional TACs, our field engineers and product specialists are highly trained in wireless transmission systems and our microwave radio and other products. They are ready to be dispatched to your site within 24 hours after your request—or sooner if required. Actual response time is based on the level of urgency, customer location and the service level agreement in place.

In addition, we provide ongoing preventive, corrective and software maintenance, via dedicated maintenance specialists residing at your site or scheduled site visits.

On-site services include:

  • Tier 3 field support, via escalation of Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets
  • Preventive maintenance, per customer-approved schedule
  • Corrective maintenance as required
  • RF component tuning
  • Configuration of network changes and additions
  • Product updates and upgrades, including hardware, software and firmware
  • Network health assessment
